Maple Bean Stuffed Acorn/Pepper Squash:

Maple Bean Stuffed Acorn/Pepper Squash:
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablerspoon chopped Fresh Rosemary
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
1 can(14-ounce-size)Heinz Maple Style Beans(think any Brand of this flavour/flavor would work)
1/2 teaspoon finely grated Orange Zest
2 medium Acorn OR Pepper Squash
1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
Preheat oven to 350'f.

Melt the Butter in a nonstick skillet set over medium heat.
Add onion & cook until golden brown.
Stir in the Rosemary & Cranberries and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in the Baked Beans & Orange Zest.

Cut the squash in half lengthwise and discard the seeds.
Pre-cook the squash in the microwave on High for 4-6 minutes.
Sprinkle the inside of the squash with pepper. Divide the Bean Mixture between the 4 squash halves & set on rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes OR until the squash is tender.
