In a food processor; combine pine nuts, parmesan cheese, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Puree, slowly adding oil until all ingredients are blended. Meanwhile; cook broccoli until tender crisp and pasta until al dente as package directions. Gently mix broccoli and pasta together. Slowly add desired amount of pesto, a litle at a time until desired flavour is reached. Serves 6 |
