Ingredients
1 can Cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic1 Cup Mushrooms,sliced
1/2 Cup Onions, chopped
1 pound Chicken Breast, sliced or cubed
1/4-1/2 Cup Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free
1 Cup Zucchini, sliced
Can add carrots, or other veggies as desired
1/2 Cup fat free sour cream
1/2 Cup Egg Noodles,cooked as per pkg directions
Directions
In a slow cooker, add everything but the noodles, cook 6 hrs on low or 3 hrs on high.Just before done cook noodles.
If you don't put veggies in the slow cooker, cook them to serve along with the chicken.
